Refund policy

We provide exchange or refunds for merchandise that meets the return requirements below.

Please note:

• Returns must be submitted within 14 days to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, and 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed.
• Shipping cost will be paid by customer.
• Items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return
• Express shipping and Package Protection charges are not subject for refund
• Your return will begin processing as soon as your returning items are marked as 'in transit' by the courier.
